John E. Nuelle

John Nuelle is an attorney and founding member of Schell Nuelle, LLP. Mr. Nuelle has been an attorney for over 25 years and specializes in corporate/business law and litigation. The majority of Mr. Nuelle’s clients are businesses, including sole proprietors and small businesses, as well as larger corporations. Mr. Nuelle assists his clients on matters including but not limited to, start-up/shut down, contracts, compliance, buy/sell agreements, employment matters, as well as navigating the day-to-day legal aspects of running a business. In the event there are claims or litigation, Mr. Nuelle also represents his clients in Court through alternative dispute resolution, arbitration and trial. Early on in his career Mr. Nuelle was an active litigator representing clients in a wide variety of disputes including but not limited to, breach of contract, personal injury, business disputes, construction, professional liability, and partnership disputes. Prior to opening Schell Nuelle, LLP in 2020, Mr. Nuelle spent seven years as in-house counsel for a large hospital corporation and was responsible for assisting the corporation in navigating the highly regulated health care in such matters as compliance, government regulations, insurance, employment, acquisitions and contracts. In his personal like, Mr. Nuelle is married with three kids. He currently resides in Lake Forest where he also maintains his office and is an active member of the community.
