What Is A Client Advocate?
A Client Advocate is a client who sends us a referral, who then makes and attends an appointment for a Proactive Financial Review. The majority of our clients know quite a few people who could benefit from a professional relationship with a financial advisor who could help reduce their taxes and review their overall finances. We’ve enjoyed meeting with these people and hope to continue to extend our services to friends, family and colleagues for years to come.
Each year during the summer, we host an appreciation event for our Client Advocates. This year, Chatterton & Associates took over the Brea Improv for a night of comedy!
Our group of over 100 Advocates enjoyed drinks and a dinner of steak, chicken, or mahi mahi, then dessert, before the comics went on stage. We were treated to performances by 3 different comics, and even a few financial humor videos brought to you by our own Rob Chatterton.
If you would like an invitation next year’s appreciation event, it’s easy to become a Client Advocate! Simply have your referral make and attend an appointment for a Proactive Financial Review. Make sure your referral gives your name when asked how they heard about us.
If you think you might already be a Client Advocate, feel free to call us and find out! We are always happy to check our records to make sure we have the most up-to-date information.
